I didn’t receive my Early Access confirmation email

When you sign up for Agiloop Early Access, we automatically send a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your submission.

If you don’t see it within a few minutes, don’t worry—here are a few things to check.


1. Check your spam or junk folder

Sometimes automated emails are mistakenly filtered by email providers.
Look in folders labeled Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Other.

If you find the email there:

  • Mark it as Not Spam

  • Add our sending address (hello@agiloop.ai) to your contacts or safe sender list

This helps ensure you receive future Agiloop updates.


2. Double-check the email address you used

Make sure the email address entered during sign-up was typed correctly. A small typo can prevent delivery.

If you think there may have been an error, you’re welcome to submit the form again.


3. Give it a few minutes

Most confirmation emails arrive almost instantly, but occasionally delivery can take a few minutes depending on your email provider.


4. Still nothing? We’ve got you covered

If you’ve checked spam and confirmed your email address but still don’t see a message, your submission may still have gone through.

You can:

  • Try signing up again, or

  • Contact us at [support@agiloop.ai] and we’ll be happy to confirm your status


What happens next?

Once confirmed, you’ll hear from us as Early Access becomes available. We’ll share updates, timelines, and next steps—no action required on your part.
