Light Mode, Dark Mode, and Theme Settings

Overview

Agiloop INVENT supports Light mode, Dark mode, and automatic system-based theming.

By default, Agiloop INVENT starts in Dark mode, but you can change the appearance at any time using the theme selector.

Available Theme Options

Agiloop INVENT provides three appearance options:

Dark Mode (Default)

• Optimized for low-light environments

• Reduces eye strain during longer planning sessions

• This is the default setting when you first use the product

Light Mode

• Bright, high-contrast appearance

• Preferred by users working in well-lit environments

• Useful for screenshots, presentations, or screen sharing

System (OS Setting)

• Automatically matches your operating system’s current theme

• Switches between Light and Dark mode when your OS changes

• Ideal if you already manage appearance at the system level

How to Change the Theme

To change the theme setting:

1. Locate the theme selector (shown in the application header)

2. Choose one of the following:

   • System

   • Light

   • Dark

3. The change is applied immediately

No refresh or restart is required.

What the Theme Setting Affects

Changing the theme updates:

• Background colors

• Text contrast

• Panels, dialogs, and navigation elements

The theme does not affect:

• Your data

• Generated content

• Estimates or planning logic

• Project behavior

Why Dark Mode Is the Default

Dark mode is the default because many users:

• Spend extended time reviewing plans and estimates

• Work across time zones or in low-light environments

• Prefer reduced visual fatigue during longer sessions

That said, the choice is entirely yours.

Using System Mode

When System is selected:

• Agiloop INVENT follows your operating system’s theme

• Switching your OS between Light and Dark automatically updates Agiloop

This keeps Agiloop consistent with the rest of your workspace.

• Try refreshing the page

• Check that your browser supports system theming

• Contact support if the issue persists
