Welcome to Agiloop — an AI-powered product management platform built for software teams. Whether you are a product manager, designer, or developer, Agiloop helps your team move from idea to shipped feature faster by combining AI-guided planning with code generation, deployment, and analytics in one place.
What Is Agiloop?
Agiloop brings together the tools your team needs across the entire product lifecycle:
- Define features through AI-guided interviews that produce detailed specifications
- Build code using AI agents that work from those specs
- Inspect real-world usage with analytics and user journey data
- Iterate based on product goals and technical debt insights
Instead of juggling separate tools for planning, development, and analytics, Agiloop keeps everything connected under one roof.
The Core Workflow
Agiloop is organized around a repeating cycle that takes a feature from concept to continuous improvement:
- Create a project — Start by setting up a project for your product or team. You can create one from scratch or import an existing repository from GitHub, GitLab or another git provider.
- INVENT — Chat with AI assistants (a Business Analyst and an Architect) to define your features. The interview process draws out requirements and automatically generates functional specs, technical specs, work breakdowns, and estimates.
- IMPLEMENT — Once a feature is specced and ready, use AI code generation to build it. Monitor build status, review code diffs and pull requests, and manage your deployment infrastructure — all from within Agiloop.
- INSPECT — After features are live, review analytics including user counts, sessions, errors, and user journey visualizations. Track progress against product goals in this same view.
- ITERATE — Review your product goals and technical debt. Use AI analysis to prioritize what to tackle next, and convert debt items directly into new features.
Main Navigation
The top-level navigation follows the same lifecycle with four main tabs:
- INVENT — Feature management, AI interviews, and specifications. This is where you define what to build.
- IMPLEMENT — Code generation, build monitoring, deployment infrastructure, and logs. This is where you build it.
- INSPECT — Analytics dashboards, user journey maps, and goals tracking. This is where you measure impact.
- ITERATE — Goals management and technical debt tracking. This is where you decide what comes next.
Note: You can switch between tabs at any time. Your work in each section is saved automatically.
How to Log In
Agiloop uses secure authentication to protect your projects and team data.
- Navigate to your Agiloop URL in a web browser.
- Click Log in on the landing page.
- Authenticate using your credentials or your connected identity provider.
- You will land on your project list, ready to get started.
Agiloop uses one-time passcodes for authentication. When you attempt to login, with or without an existing account, a one-time passcode will be sent to your email. Enter the received code to complete your login.
Creating Your First Project
Getting your first project up and running takes just a few minutes.
- From your project list, choose if you want to onboard an existing project by having Agiloop analyze the git repo, or add a project via the Agiloop Interview process.
- Once created, you will land inside your project, ready to start inventing features.
Adding Features via AI Interview
- Navigate to the INVENT tab inside your project.
- Select Add Feature to open the AI interview.
- Chat with the AI Business Analyst and Architect assistants to describe what you want to build. You can pause and resume the interview at any time.
- When you are satisfied, Agiloop produces a functional spec, technical spec, work breakdown with stories and tasks, and story point estimates automatically.
Note: You can refresh or regenerate specs at any time if your requirements change. Specs can also be downloaded as documents to share outside Agiloop.
Inviting Your Team
- Open your project settings.
- Navigate to the team members section.
- Invite teammates by email or share an invite link. Assign roles (owner, admin, maintainer, or member) to control what each person can do.
Tips for New Users
- Take the interactive tour. Press Cmd+Shift+F at any time to launch guided tours that walk you through key parts of the platform. This is the fastest way to get oriented.
- Use the cross-project dashboard. Press Cmd+Shift+D to open the dashboard and see metrics across all your projects at a glance.
- Start small. Create one feature, run it through the full INVENT → IMPLEMENT → INSPECT → ITERATE cycle, and get a feel for how the workflow fits your team before scaling up.
- Credits power AI builds. Code generation uses story point credits. Visit your wallet to review your credit balance or purchase more.
Next Steps
Once you are comfortable with the basics, explore:
- Exporting features to tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Setting up product goals in the ITERATE tab to guide your team's priorities
