Managing Your User Profile and Account

Your Agiloop account settings let you personalize your profile, access your billing history and control your session. This article walks you through everything available from your account menu.

Accessing Your Account Menu

Your account menu is available from the header at the top of the application.

1. Look for your avatar or display name in the top-right corner of the header.
2. Click it to open a dropdown menu.
3. From here you can navigate to your profile settings, view your account summary, or log out.

Editing Your Profile

Display Name and Nickname

Your display name is how you appear to teammates across the platform — in project member lists, team conversations, and activity.

1. Open the header dropdown and select Profile (or Settings).
2. Locate the Display Name field and type your preferred name.
3. If a Nickname field is available, you can add a shorter or informal name that may appear in certain contexts.
4. Save your changes using the button at the bottom of the form.

Note: Your display name is visible to all members of any project you belong to, so use a name your teammates will recognize.

Profile Picture

You can personalize your account with a profile picture in one of two ways:

• Upload an image — Choose a photo or image file from your device. Supported formats are typically JPEG and PNG.
• Sync from your login provider — If your account is connected via Auth0 (for example, through a Google or GitHub login), you can pull your existing avatar from that provider instead of uploading a separate file.

To update your picture:

1. Navigate to your profile settings from the header dropdown.
2. Click on your current avatar or the upload area.
3. Choose to upload a new image or select the option to sync from your connected account.
4. Confirm the change.

Note: If you sync from your login provider, Agiloop will use whatever profile picture is associated with your Auth0 account at that moment. Updating your picture later in your provider does not automatically update it in Agiloop — you would need to sync again.

Viewing Your Email Address

Your email address is displayed in your profile settings and is associated with your Agiloop login. It is not editable directly within the app, as it is managed through your authentication provider (Auth0).

If you need to change the email address on your account, contact Agiloop support.

Portfolio Summary

The portfolio summary dialog gives you a snapshot of your projects, their status and other details.

To open it:

1. Click your avatar in the header to open the dropdown.
2. Select Portfolio Summary or a similarly labeled option.

Logging Out

To end your session:

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the header.
2. Select Log Out from the dropdown.
3. You will be signed out and redirected to the login page.

Note: Logging out ends your current session on that device. If you are logged in on multiple devices or browsers, you will need to log out on each one separately.

Tips for Keeping Your Profile Up to Date

• Use a recognizable display name so teammates can identify you quickly in project member lists and team threads.
• If you use Agiloop as part of a team, a profile picture helps make collaboration feel more personal and makes it easier to see who is contributing to shared projects.
